Booking your dhow cruise takes minutes. Here is exactly how it works, from your first message to stepping off the boat.
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 23 48 228 (24/7) with three things: your preferred date, which cruise you want (dinner, sunset, luxury, Creek or private charter), and how many adults and children are sailing. You can also use the booking form on our contact page.
We reply with availability, your total price and your boarding time. Your seats are held once we confirm. If you requested a hotel transfer (shared AED 150 per person round trip, or private car for up to 6 guests at AED 350), we confirm your pickup time too — usually 60 to 90 minutes before boarding.
Come to Dubai Marina near Marina Mall Pier 7 by the JBR waterfront at least 30 minutes before boarding: 7:45 PM for the dinner cruise (sailing 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM), 5:00 PM for the sunset cruise (sailing 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM). Bring your booking confirmation on your phone and a light jacket in the cooler months.
Groups of 10 or more get dedicated handling: tell us your headcount on WhatsApp and our guest relations team will arrange seating together, coordinate hotel transfers and confirm any celebration setups. For corporate events and full private charters, we prepare a written quote covering the boat, menu, entertainment and timing.
Your total price is confirmed in writing before you pay anything — the website price list is binding, so the dinner cruise is AED 79 per adult and AED 40 per child with no additions at the pier. Payment method and timing are agreed at booking; children under 3 are never charged.
